Based on an article posted by BBC on September 07, 2016

On Tuesday, there were at least 80 people injured after a helicopter conducted an attack by dropping four cylinders of chlorine over Aleppo city. The citizens of Aleppo city have been suffering from suffocation caused by the poisonous gas that they have used oxygen masks all the time. Chlorine is a chemical substance used in industry, but the use of chlorine is forbidden according to Chemical Weapons Convention.

Syrian government has been suspected as the responsible faction causing that attack. To prove that assumption, UN had organized an investigation relating to the issue. In August, UN ultimately figured out that Syrian government has used chlorine at least twice, but it has always refused the fact of the chemical use in its attacks. Syrian opposition leaders have arranged a meeting to discuss the solution overcoming the issue on Wednesday. UK becomes the host of this important meeting, planned to be held in London.

Factions who are in the middle of war should not involve civilians or even jeopardize the innocent people. Other countries also have to help Syria resolve the unrest and not put their own hidden agendas. Furthermore powerful countries, such as Russia an UK should not bias to one particular party as it might urge more conflicts by giving those parties support to fight each other.
