Lately, a lot of terrorist attacks have occurred in different areas in France. Most attacks happened at public places, such as a church, a store, or even a main road. Terrorists did massive inhuman actions, for instance, driving a cargo truck, one of them deliberately ran over people of Nice on a Bastille Day celebration. Those perpetrators have caused traumatic and agonizing scars on the French history.

On the other hand, heroic deeds were conducted by some unexpected local people moved by altruistic reasons. They bravely tried to stop those terrorists although it means that they had to risk their own lives. Several of those noble people got appreciation from the government of France, yet some of them were never recognized. Despite the appreciation, other people as well followed to help each other to face the savagery of the terrorists.

I am really inspired by what those local people did to help each other. They deserve to receive compliment and respect. They have become role models for all of us. Rather than being self-absorbed, we are supposed to give each other a helping hand. We do not need to risk our lives since we can start from simple things, e.g. by helping a friend bring some stuff.

  1. I like your summary. You write it in a short way, but still clearly. Also, you make no mistake in your grammar. Good Job!
